Registration Overview

All registrations for IAVRPT 2024 must be submitted through the online registration form.

Please note that it remains the delegate’s duty to research visa prerequisites for South Africa and, if deemed necessary, proceed with a visa application. Delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa application at their earliest convenience. For further details, we invite you to explore our Travel Information page

Please ensure that you complete and submit your registration and receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Force majeure: wherein unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance, we reserve the option to provide a virtual conference experience instead. As a result, refunds will not be issued.

Invitation letter

If you need a visa application support letter, please select the option “Yes, please send me one” when completing your registration.

Note: VISA letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been confirmed.

For those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals, you’re strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can.
